Innovative Veterinary Medical Services

BUSINESS OVERVIEW

INVESTING MERITS

The potential of the veterinary services industry in China is enormous. It is estimated that more than US$1 billion will be spent in the industry in 2009, an increase of more than 200% from 2005. Companion animals are becoming members of the family. Although the veterinary infrastructure in China is quite immature, it is developing rapidly. However, at this point in time, many veterinarians in China are unfamiliar with the use of clinical laboratory testing and imaging diagnosis in the treatment and diagnosis of animals. Thus, many pet owners are becoming dissatisfied with the treatment available in many animal clinics and hospitals. AMGIN will focus on utilizing EBVM and TCVM. AMGIN is sure that this business model will grab hearts of Chinese pet owners and satisfy them. AMGIN will utilize traditional methods combined with the latest techniques to grab hold of the consumers and give Beijing the best veterinary care system in the world.

The price of veterinary medical care is from two to ten times more expensive than for human medical care in Beijing. It is almost the same as in pet developed countries such as Australia, US and Japan, despite the significantly lower costs. Therefore, this industry is very attractive for entry and has enormous potential for profit.

AMGIN Limited was established in 2006 for the development of Preventive Personalized Medicine (PPM) for dogs and cats, as well as humans. Following investment, AMGIN Ltd. will incorporate AMGIN China and open a Veterinary Hospital (VET) and Clinical Laboratory Test service (CLT) for VETs in collaboration with the Beijing University of Agriculture. The VET will be a state of the art facility complete with Digital Imaging Diagnosis (DID) devices such as CT and MRI. AMGIN will also develop “standard-value” for blood testing on cats and dogs in collaboration with the Nippon Veterinary and Life Science University. AMGIN will then construct and maintain an infrastructure and network for VETs to facilitate our collecting of samples to make chronological databases for physiologic and gene-expression profiles. Using these profiles, AMGIN then plans to develop and introduce PPM for the dogs and cats of Beijing and the rest of China. AMGIN will leverage its expertise to serve the needs of China market and turn Beijing into the leading veterinary care city in the world.
